Purple is poorly Storybook:
Purple wakes up feeling very poorly. Her throat hurts and she feels very itchy. Her whole body is covered in spots. She starts crying and calls for her daddy. He says not to worry because he will call the doctor to make her an appointment. During this story, Daddy and Purple will visit the doctor’s surgery and the pharmacy on her journey to feeling better.
At the end of the story, Purple learns to use only prescribed medication as advised by the doctor and the cream the doctor gave helps her not to feel so itchy. She enjoys telling her friends how lovely and helpful the doctor and the pharmacist were.

How to select the best storybook
Selecting a storybook that links to children’s experiences is a great way to help them process feelings and emotions.
For example, if your child struggles to share with others, you may wish to explore Blue Learns to Share or Blue’s Best Friend.
